Cynthia Tsabadi is an entrepreneurial business executive and Director of Re Tshepeng Holdings since 2009, bringing over a decade of strategic leadership, expertise in human resources management, and a strong track record in skills development and training. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple sectors, including mining, SETAs, real estate, hospitality, and security, providing innovative solutions and guiding organizations toward sustainable growth.

Cynthia has served as a Non-Executive Director on various boards, leveraging her experience to strengthen governance and drive organisational excellence. She is a proud member of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA), collaborating with a network of certified board members to shape best practices in board leadership and corporate governance.

Her academic foundation includes a BCom Honours, BTech, and National Diploma in Human Resources Management. Cynthia has further enhanced her expertise with professional certificates from the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), a Management Executive certificate from the University of Pretoria, and an Executive Management certificate from the University of Witwatersrand, establishing her as a highly qualified and respected executive.

In her dual role, Ashley provides essential support to the Director, ensuring that leadership objectives are met efficiently, while also assisting various departments across the organisation to streamline operations and enhance collaboration. With a versatile background spanning telecommunication, customer service, and corporate administration, she combines professionalism, sharp interpersonal skills, and a solutions-driven mindset. Ashley thrives in dynamic environments, supporting teams effectively, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Re Tshepeng Holdings.

At Re Tshepeng Holdings, Bismarck serves as a vital link between departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration. He leads client liaison and stakeholder management efforts, supports budgeting and compliance processes in the finance department, and partners with the marketing team to source tenders, ensure quality standards, and liaise with SETAs for funding.
